Web3CDN Network · Historical RPC quality

Prove your nodes match published proof

DataProof checks RPC endpoints against a quorum-backed etalon at fixed historical heights — and against each URL’s own last good result. Not uptime pings, not cross-provider scoreboards: the same question, on the same chain, at the same block.

Why operators use DataProof

An archive node can stay “up” and still answer the wrong historical state. SLA dashboards miss that class of failure. DataProof asks eth_getBalance at pinned heights, publishes a majority hex from independent seeds, and scores each of your URLs against that proof plus the node’s own history.

Paste mixed RPC lists in the browser — endpoints are grouped by chain before any comparison runs. Keys stay on the device for manual checks. Turn on Cloud only when you want a schedule and alerts after the tab is closed.

DataProof landing — prove nodes match published proof

Capabilities

From browser Fast check to Cloud monitoring

Ad-hoc proof in the tab, published catalog per network, and hosted drift alerts.

Browser fast check

Paste RPC URLs and run a one-off verification in the browser. Keys stay on the device unless you opt into Cloud monitoring.

Quorum-backed etalon

Independent reference seeds query eth_getBalance at pinned historical heights. The majority non-zero hex is published as proof for that network.

Catalog of published proofs

Browse quorum-backed reference proofs per network — EVM and beyond — then compare your endpoints against the published value, never against unrelated chains.

Cloud schedule & alerts

Keep checking on an interval after the tab is closed. Get notified on Slack, email, Telegram, Matrix, or webhook when a node drifts or breaks quorum.

Landing

Prove nodes match published proof

Add RPC endpoints, run checks from the browser, and compare each URL against published proof and its own history — never against unrelated networks.

Verify your RPC in one minute

Fast check

Verify your RPC in one minute

Paste one URL per line. Fast check groups endpoints by chain, then compares each column to the catalog etalon and to the node’s previous good result.

Paste endpoints, let quorum build the etalon, then get a pass/fail verdict per probe row with exportable session reports.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about historical RPC proof, etalon, and Cloud monitoring.

What is DataProof?

DataProof is a Web3CDN Network product for historical RPC quality. It checks your nodes against published, quorum-backed proof at fixed block heights — not uptime pings and not comparisons between unrelated providers.

How is this different from an SLA dashboard?

Every probe asks the same question at the same historical height (eth_getBalance). The reference value is voted by independent seeds. Your node must match that etalon and its own previous good result, so silent drift on one URL still shows up.

Do my RPC keys leave the browser?

For manual Fast check runs, URLs are queried from your browser. Keys in the URL do not go to Web3CDN servers unless you turn on hosted Cloud monitoring.

Who is DataProof for?

RPC operators, archive-node providers, foundations, and infra teams that need reproducible proof that a node still answers historical queries correctly — and alerts when it stops matching published proof.

Ready to verify your nodes?

Run a free Fast check in the browser, or sign in for Cloud schedules. Built and operated by Web3CDN Network — the same team behind production RPC, validators, and indexer tooling.
